Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or related fields
Certifications:
Project Manager Professional (PMP)
Agile Methodology Certification
15+ years of IT Program Management experience across multiple IT domains
Experience working for the Department of Homeland Security is preferred
Experience managing a BPA/Blanket Purchase Agreement is preferred.
Understanding/experience with Zero Trust implementation .
Experience with Cloud implementations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact and be involved with client negotiations and interfacing with senior and executive management.
Experience leading and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
Expert in developing IT roadmap and strategies, performing risk management, and identifying and implementing program efficiencies.
Proven track record of successful delivery of complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Current, active EOD or Public Trust with eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
Experience with Cloud implementations
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager shall perform the following:
Serve as a single point of contact for the BPA and experience with BPA management is desired.
Provide oversight of Contractor personnel and Task Order performance.
Support Task Order proposals by providing technical expertise, reviewing/writing support, and staffing estimates
Manage and develop project schedules using Microsoft Project, Maestro JIRA/Confluence
Regularly communicate with corporate leadership concerning program risks and growth opportunities
Analyze complex organizational challenges and develop effective solutions
Maintain compliance with program schedules, scope, costs, and quality standards
