Oracle EPM Principal Consultant in Switzerland

What you will do

In this role, you will provide Oracle EPM integration consulting services, and additionally assist with business development activities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert mentorship on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and driving discussions to identify gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer EPM requirements and visions.

  • Lead and contribute to the design and development of Oracle EPM Cloud architectures, solutions, integrations, and migrations to achieve customer requirements and visions.

  • Lead and participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and migrations to Oracle EPM Cloud.

  • Serve as a mentor to other consultants, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

  • Lead development of customer proposals and statements of work.

  • Assist in the management of engagements, including project management, budget management, and customer relationship management.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Oracle Certified Expert or Specialist certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises Oracle EPM applications.

  • Experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management applications (Oracle EPBCS or Oracle FCCS).

  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Platform Administration.

  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or on-premises Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Reporting.

  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other data integration tools.

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

  • Must be allowed to work in Germany and proficient in German and English language.
