CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure best practice in recruitment and selection activities are maintained with regard to company policy, Local Employment Legislation, business requirements, among others.
Source and manage resumes through Taleo, recruitment agencies, job ads or universities based on hiring requirements.
Receive, screen and acknowledge CVs through Taleo and send regular updates to candidates on the status of their application.
Coordinate all necessary interviews arrangements between interviewers and candidates, either face-to-face, video conference, phone, as agreed with hiring managers.
Maintain Taleo system by updating status of candidates as they progress through the recruitment process.
Provide feedback and update to unsuccessful candidates accordingly via phone, email or Taleo, as required.
Conduct and work with 3 rd party on candidate reference checks/background checksas necessary.
Job Advertising Management
Together with Recruiters, determine advertising or job posting media to attract suitable candidates through the effective utilization of the global websites, government bodies, job sites and recruitment agencies.
Source & management of relevant advertising and job site partners.
Review applications received through various job portals.
Metrics & Reporting
- Provide monthly statistical report/dashboard on recruitment to local and Area BHR through OBI Reporting.
Invoicing, sending out calendar invites for all meetings and candidate interview arrangements, digital filing of CVs and other relevant documents
Manage new hire pre-onboarding process and sending out new hire Personnel Files to HRConnect
Ensure accurate vendor invoicing, payments and any commercial obligations per contract
Process TA invoices for job boards, background check, RPO and agencies.
Business travel arrangements for TA team and candidates as necessary
Preparing meeting presentations and events coordination as required
University degree or equivalent
Prefer with 3+ years HR or recruitment & coordination experience, preference for in-house corporate experience
Strong communication skills and fluency in English is required, another language would be an advantage
Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting and good understanding of the recruitment process, experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advantage
Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player with good inter-personal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environment with some level of ambiguity
