职责范围 :

  • 注重获取新客户,对于潜在客户郡有很强的人际网络 同时在现有客户基础中扩大用户群; 以合适的销售机会增加潜在销售客户数量− 寻找和确定潜在销售目标。

  • 销售策略− 制定针对如何完成销售目标的销售计划− 确定机会和风险− 制定可付诸实施的战术计划

  • 在客户群体(包括现有的和新的客户)当中维持和建立业务联系。

  • 创造销售收入− 负担个人及或团队的销售指标, 并维持当前的销售收入, 另通过优选销售机会和主动联系客户提升销售收入及转介业务。

  • 管理针对客户的提案和推介资料, 利用有关內部管理平台记录与客户互动, 识别并发掘升级销售机会

  • 为客户提供面对面的服务,以赢得用户认可,并将我们的服务融入客户的工作流程当中。

  • 协助产品开发--- 在业务开发活动中提供客户反馈以支持产品管理; 监控产品使用情况,以确定培训需要,并确保客户保留产品; 亦与产品管理和财务部门协作制作新的合同文件、处理销售订单和协调更新过程

  • 加强就潜在客户的沟通− 与标普全球各团队协作,就销售机会和风险共享客户信息。就客户活动、业绩、竞争信息和市场趋势,定期与团队成员、资深销售管理人员和所有标普全球办公地交流。并参与标普全球赞助的活动和会议:组织与这些会议相关的客户拜访等

  • 缩短销售周期− 就相关合同修订与法律团队协作, 就订单的有效处理与客户服务团队协作。

  • 就市场客户趋势、竞争和产品反馈等向标普全球的管理层提供持续的反馈信息。

  • 与客户的较高级管理层建立联系,推广标普全球的领先理念,理解客户的目标,以影响未来的产品开发并促进销售收入。

资历:

  • 具遍布中国券商,企业/第三方数据供应商/投资管理/中国金融服务行业的广泛专业网络 或相关市场的工作经验

  • 对信贷与风险产品, 包括信贷研究分析,行业研究和风险管理,市场风险以及第三方供应商风险等产品又认识

  • 有8年以上销售经验,对数据供应商的工作流程很理解

  • 能提供有效的销售报告与分析

  • 能够以清晰的方式与客户进行良好的沟通和强大的演讲技巧

  • 建立关係建立和时间管理技能

  • 能够独立工作以及基于团队的环境
