What is the role?
The Senior IP Technician will handle the installation, repair & maintenance of products and services (B2C & B2B)
How will you add value?
You will support our internal and external customers and execute the delivery of services provided to our customers. In addition, you will be in charge of:
Implementation and maintenance of solutions that the company offers.
Providing preventive and corrective assistance to our internal and external customers.
Supporting the engineering area in implementing and expanding the IP network infrastructure.
Following up on solutions and closure of the cases under his responsibility.
Maintaining control of installations and/or repairs executed.
Maintaining the quality of the projects.
Maintaining good and correct use of assigned tools.
What do you need?
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience in network equipment configuration.
Be certified or in the process of getting a certification in CCNA, at least with the first two modules completed.
Knowledge in Fortinet.
Knowledge of Juniper equipment.
Intermediate English level.
Knowledge in network management.
Core Competences
Willingness to perform work outside office hours.
Willingness to travel abroad and within the country.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Preferred education
Graduate or undergraduate student in the following careers: System Engineer, Telematics Engineer, Network and Telecommunications Engineer, or related areas.
Completion of the CCNA certification.
