The Opportunity

With the Growth Marketing team focusing on acquisition, this role is responsible to support lead generation for both prospect leads and existing customer leads (CPM), also with Digital Adoption focus for Digital Active and DCL Target.

We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree in business, communications, marketing or related disciplines

  • Prior working experience on employee benefits marketing will be an advantage

  • Excellent English and Chinese copywriting and editorial skill

  • A good team player, pleasant, proactive and able to work under pressure and tight schedule

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Knowledge on insurance products or employee benefit products will be a definite advantage

On the job you will:

  • Participate in campaign based lead generation program logistics to source and identify quality leads, and thus drive potential business opportunities

  • Support execution on end to end acquisition journey from lead generation to lead assignment, fulfilment and reporting.

  • Co-work with analytics team and external vendors on existing customer’s cross-sell trigger programs from submitting program requirement, generating customer database, customer communications development to program implementation.

  • Work closely with Platform team to support the launch of Manulife's App and CWS user activation program to drive digital and customer ambition, including SMS and eDM customer communications and incentive fulfilment.

  • Handle quarterly customer offer leaflet from copy drafting, internal clearance, artwork development and Manulife website content management to support IFP sales

  • Support execution of marketing plan and communication programs for insurance products

  • Assist to implement product related database marketing campaigns

  • Prepare agency briefs and drive the production of marketing collaterals and advertising materials

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties , external vendors and regulators to produce and deliver marketing communications materials on time and in accordance with agreed strategy and corporate guidelines

  • Coordinate and liaise with business teams for cross product lines initiatives and marketing campaigns

  • Responsible for corporate web site content copywriting

  • Assist in coordination and liaison with the agency for advertising and media campaign
