Your Day to Day
As an Engineering Manager, you would be working on leading a team of developers of our award-winning mobile device management platform:
Contributing to a brand-new product experience, allowing IT professionals to manage their mobile devices from our flagship product.
Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Fostering a proactive and independent engineering culture that can help get things done effectively.
Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Working closely with product management and design teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Identifying and mitigating project risks and proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
Collaborating with HR in the recruitment and hiring process, actively participating in the selection of top engineering talent.
What We’re Looking For
As an Engineering Manager, your background will look like
Relevant hands-on experience in an Engineering Manager role
Experience working in an agile environment, in people management, with web application architecture and development, with cross-functional team management
Relevant software development experience (TypeScript, Node.js, C# or Java)
Experience developing cloud-based applications on platforms such as AWS or Azure
Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English
BSc or higher degree or equivalent relevant work experience
