JD Sourcing Manager
Identify & develop vendor for the RMs (API) used for the New products development for Regulated , Emerging & domestic market.
To address technical queries which arise during product development & get resolve in timely manner .
Negotiate the price with the vendor & generate saving against the budgeted cost.
Keep the close tracking of queries raised by the different regulatory agencies like FDA, MHRA, TGA,WHO,DCGI and ANVISA.
Day to day monitoring of ordering status & keep tracking of supplies for the materials pertaining to new product launches and EBs.
Arrange the desired Vendor Quality documents & regulatory documents like CEP, LOA, ODMF etc from the vendors.
Keep the market intelligence New approvals, FDA compliance on API vendors and take proactive action to avoid regulatory implications.
Finalization of Supply & Confidential agreement with new sources.
To participate in the CFT meetings & provide the status related to supply of material & query status on different projects which are at different stages.
Creation of Purchase order & ensure timely release of payment to respective vendors. ( Procure to Pay cycle) , resolve quality related issues if any.
