Job Description:

Leads Power Generation operations within assigned AOR. Supervises and coordinates one or more teams of personnel that maintain all aspects of power generator operation including troubleshooting, repair, installation and maintenance. Executes assigned scope of work in compliance with contract requirements, safety and quality standards, equipment specifications, schedules and cost control estimates. Plans and coordinates supervision, personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules and adhere to budget constraints. Ensures proper utilization of electronic work order system, equipment service and maintenance data, and related documentation requirements. Communicates project status, issues and requirements with site management and other functional leaders as appropriate. Establishes and maintains a safety culture on the project, ensuring that all personnel adhere to company safety requirements at all times. Ensures that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
