Summary:
Meta seeks a product marketing manager to drive adoption and growth of Retail and FMCG advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and future applications and services. In this role, you will represent the full product roadmap and suite of product and solution offerings to internal stakeholders, external clients and partners. They must have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on successful product revenue and product adoption programs, and distill market insights that influence product roadmap. The demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and tactical execution in support of channel marketing efforts is also required. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising market and Meta’s advertising products and work in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders in the organization, and partnering closely with global teams. This is a full time position based in Singapore.

APAC Product Marketing Manager, Retail & FMCG (Singapore) Responsibilities:
Play a primary role in rolling out holistic product strategy for the specific vertical lines of business in APAC at the regional level
Develop detailed go-to-market strategies and communications for focus areas and associated products primarily across the suite of Retail and CPG (FMCG) Solutions most relevant for APAC, including Collaborative Ads, and Retail Omni-channel solutions.
Create semi-annual product and solutions focused plans to drive revenue growth for focus industries
Create and activate vertical-level programs to drive solution adoption and growth for focus industries
Gather and synthesize market feedback into market intelligence that informs product roadmap
Manage key vertical processes to bring sales and product together such as regional forums and market feedback processes
Partner with global teams and the global Retail and CPG PMMs to develop business solutions that educate and inspire internal and external partners

10+ years of experience working in a product marketing function or consulting, with relevant industry experience of FMCG and Retail (or 8+ years work experience with MBA/Master’s degree)
The ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levels
Understanding of our product suite, the industry, global nuances, and client objectives
Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently
Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data
Track record of influencing behaviour at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
