POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales & Education Executive will provide critical support to the Area Sales Operation Manager (ASOM) to achieve retail sales, productivity, and business objective for the Brand Cluster in SEA. You will work closely with the ASOM to manage, motivate, and coach the Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve their potential.

Sales Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis with ASOM

  • Analyze performance of business vs. sales objectives, sales trends and competition

  • Generate monthly BI sales reports

  • Ensure brand image and visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy at retail counters

  • Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, activities and result tracking

  • Initiate and evaluate GWP mechanic for all counters

  • Compile monthly commentary by retailers

  • Coordinate and execute Newness launch, Special price promotions, in-store programs setup and launch result in collaboration with ASOM, Marketing and the Store Design Visual Merchandising team.

  • Initiate and ensure all go-to-market materials and promotional elements are available on time in store to support launches.

Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Advisors

  • Assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and the management of BA rostering and productivity to ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters

  • Monitor BAs’ monthly personal sales performance. Coach and motivates BAs based on individual talents and skills to drive sales objective and productivity and brand equity

  • Ensure BA uphold grooming standards of the brand they represent

Administrative and coordination work

  • Assist ASOM with Business Review PowerPoint Presentation for bi-annual retailer meeting

  • Co-ordinate with Corporate Account team on Special price and process billing

  • Co-ordination of promotion vouchers for sales incentive programs

  • Co-ordination of Beauty Advisors quarterly product allowance

  • Co-ordination of logistics of Sales, Marketing and Education materials to/from to retailer

Education - Train and develop Beauty Advisors

Counter Coaching

  • Monitoring SEA TR U engagement activities and update Beauty Advisors’ monthly TR Maxx payout

  • Initiate and disseminate monthly social posting themes activities

  • Divert offline to online virtual coaching

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Education team to develop training/ coaching materials based on touchpoint needed. And conduct Beauty Advisors/Generic Staff Training (both virtual/ classroom)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/ degree holder with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry

  • Strong coordination and organization skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Pro-active, self-starter with a can-do attitude

  • Possess strong learning agility

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites and Zoom

  • Willingness to travel
