Job responsibilities
Support the team in the provision of a stable and secure operational platform for Virtual Desktops, Virtual Servers environment, Windows Domain and File Servers
Work in partnership with various departments, and Head Office to collaborate on the implementation of local and regional projects at a branch level
Liaise with software providers to coordinate software updates and patches and in the resolution of issues.
Work in partnership with relevant stakeholder to provide operational support and technical guidance on issues relating to the Server and virtualization platform
Support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure
Job requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure and servers management experience in banking environment
Demonstrate a clear logical approach to the resolution of incidents and problem investigation.
Good knowledge of IT Banking systems and services.
Good technical understanding of desktop and application virtualization and Windows platform.
Experience in project implementation and reporting
Proficiency in written and spoken English
