Purpose of Role

Rehrig Pacific Company-s Implementation Specialist will specifically be tasked with managing the Product Go Live processes of all Fusion Delivery Equipment. This includes everything from both manual and powered material handling equipment. This position within the Integrated Solutions team is highly cross-functional with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and New Product Development Teams.

Areas of Accountabilities

Lead customer implementation process

  • Support customer change management process required for the Fusion Solution in collaboration with the Sales Team.

  • Manage pre-go live calls and tasks with Delivery Solutions Sales team.

  • Complete or support remote go-lives virtually when an on-site go-live is not required.

  • Provide user training, demonstrate Fusion equipment capabilities, and share best practices.

  • Review the Fusion equipment-s PMs and expectations with the customer-s maintenance team (internal/3rd party)

  • Manage and facilitate customer route rides to support driver training and in-field best practices

  • Provide customers with go-live materials such as product manuals and warranty information

  • Manage post-go live review process including customer visits/re-training (on-site or remote)

Provide technical support

  • Act as secondary customer contact for all troubleshooting and technical support for Fusion systems.

  • Support product in-field warranty review and claims if required

  • Help provide in-field customer feedback to support cases to capture and analyze our system data for trends.

Support customer after solution implementation

  • Support Post-Implementation customer support including check-ins, refresh training and general support processes with the DS sales team

  • Support development of service offerings as it relates to material handling equipment with Field Service Manager and DS Sales Team

Engage in new product development process and improvement

  • Support the Implementation & Service team responsibilities within the NPD workbook for new product launches.

  • Support pilot tests for new product launches to ensure successful commercialization and hand offs.

  • Review current processes to identify gaps and initiate required improvements.

  • Actively engage in learning to improve communication, presentation, and technical skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor-s Degree, or equivalent work experience. Preferably in Engineering or technical field.

  • Minimum 2 years- experience managing implementations, including onboarding, training, and establishing new client relationships.

  • Experience with material handling equipment experience is a plus.

  • Strong technical aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Able to work independently and autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes from the ground up.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Position will require a minimum of 50% travel

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Rehrig Pacific, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00.
