ManpowerGroup Manager – Digital Marketing in United States

The Digital Marketing Manager is the primary lead on digital marketing initiatives relating to Social media, Blogging, Chatter, Sourcing, Promotions and content development: collaborating with internal marketing, IT, recruiting, operations and external partner teams for the development of digital marketing and promotional initiatives. In the short term, the position also plays a lead role in development of the overall digital experience for the Experis brand including planning, building and implementation of website (PC/Mobile) content, application/intake platform, social media integration, metrics, CRM (FOS integration), and relevant processes.

Making an Impact

• Guides, develops, evaluates and manages external web and digital platforms including ATS systems like Bullhorn, Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot and Bullhorn Automation (Formerly HereFish) the CMS, web services integrating with the front and back offices providing a secure and seamless data flow, hosting, email solutions, mobile solutions and integrating points of the CRM for dataflow in conjunction with the IT and Digital experience team. (FOR EXPERIS BRAND)

• Works closely with the Director to provide insights, vision, recommendations and implementation details for supporting external based technology platforms (Like Linked In/Facebook/YouTube etc.) translating the business vision into a digital initiative addressing the business need.

• Manages digital experience and relevant projects, vendors, internal augmenting resources, timeline and budget (FOR EXPERIS BRAND)

• Work with the product marketing teams to develop and maintain social media activities that complement existing communications strategies, in alignment with company's social media vision

• Work with PR, Marketing, Training, Recruiting, Operations and Legal team to draft, build, implement and execute a social media program to transform the channel to a sourcing, engagement and conversational platform.

• Support ongoing development of content for company presence on various networking, social and conversational platforms, including online advocacy, brand-related campaigns, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

• Monitor regularly as well as impact of social media programs, and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

• Regularly provide feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into relevant recruiting, operations and marketing teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.

• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.

• Develop a comprehensive blogging and chatter plan to develop a structured approach to blogging.

• Liaise with Digital Experience, Recruiting, IT and Operation teams on various projects, tasks directly related or having a digital marketing impact.

• Maintain and refresh content and functionality, monitor performance, usage statistics and trends; identify and evaluate improvement options; introduce new content and technology where appropriate.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• 7 years in Digital Marketing and 2 years in a leadership capacity

• Current experience in execution, planning and guiding digital marketing techniques for a large scale entity including Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Bullhorn Automation) Social media, Cloud, Blogging, Digital Influencing, User Experience, Mobile, Data Metrics, Web Services, CRM integration etc required.

• Good relationship building and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Ability to manage external vendors / agencies to time and budget agreements.

• Ability to interpret web analytics and develop performance improvement plans.
