ATI Physical Therapy Manager, Lease Administration - Real Estate in Virtual, United States

Overview

The Manager of Lease Administration manages the execution of lease actions, required documentation, supporting consulting activity, ongoing liaising with Landlords, and cross-functional alignment. This role is responsible for independently following company policy while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, policies, and processes that govern. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Department and Cross-functional leaders to support/inform decision making and strategy and manages related outsourced consultants such as Real Estate Brokers, Lease Administrators, and Attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Serves as key leader in ATI’s Real Estate team and manages external attorneys, brokers, and lease administrators. Provides recommendations to leadership on process improvement opportunities related to Lease Administration functions.

• Responsible for managing lease administration functions to include overseeing property management functions, processing of all lease documentation, and management of outsourced professionals in performance of lease related functions.

• Manages the execution of new clinic leases and post approval pipeline lease administration activities.

• Manages lease renewals pipeline and lease negotiation process including management of outside counsel for all lease related projects.

• Manages the execution of SOX Compliance requirements and data audits.

• Manages outsourced professionals in performance of business licensing as well as CAM, tax and other lease provision audits.

• Develops and distributes reports and presentations to key partners and leaders to ensure compliance and tracking to all lease critical dates. Leverages and manages outsourced partners to aid in the development of this data and related documents.

• Executes lease due diligence of transactions related to Mergers and Acquisitions. Oversees the coordination of initial service implementation for newly acquired locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of real estate lease administration and facilities management experience, including contract negotiations.

• 3 years of management, project management, and/or territory management experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communicator, strategic thinker and collaborative team player.

• A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of APEX or similar lease administration software.

• Ability to identify opportunities, solve, and implement process improvements.
