ManpowerGroup Project Support Specialist in United States

The GLS Project Support Specialist is fully responsible for supporting Go Live Projects which includes, but not limited to, arranging travel, verifying employee’s expenses in accordance with the applicable expense policies, and company paid expense reconciliation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate entry of new customer data

• Review Proforma Invoices.

• Field customer inquiries and resolve billing issues

• Reconcile Credit Card statements for company paid expenses

• Maintain accurate and organized historical records

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

• Cross train with staff to maintain processes for scheduled time off

• Liaison for Project Manager (PM) and Travel Management Company (TMC) to secure travel for consultants

• Review and approve expense reports

• Compile Burn Reports and provide to Clients

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High level of detail orientation

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• A team player who enjoys working with others

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Experience with Adobe (PDF) • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Ability to respond to external/internal inquiries in a timely manner Expectations and Measurements

• Adhere to project Timeline

• Arrange travel while complying with Client budgets

• Assist with cash application to project invoices, as needed

• Effectively coordinate issue resolution with customers both internal and external
