Overview:Sales Development Representative

You’d like to do this
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Through outbound tactics including email, tele-marketing, phone, and LinkedIn, you will generate leads, set meetings, and follow up on leads
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Use Salesforce to manage leads and sales activities
Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies to reach sales goal targets
Assist with the development of content that drives tactical programs
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
You’re required to have this
1-2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer support
1-2 years’ experience in a role requiring time management, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong desire and ability to learn and grow within the sales organization
You could have this
Experience managing a sales pipeline
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Proficiency with Salesforce and other prospecting/sales tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Related experience within government contracts
