ManpowerGroup Sales Operations Specialist in United States

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for enabling the sales team through our sales tools & technology platforms. This will include (but not limited to) support for marketing and sales within Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Sales Enablement

• Sequence / Template / Snippet creation in Outreach

• Administering licenses for sales tools, while managing governance and processes within the tools

• Content distribution and communication to field through Highspot

• Build relationship with our sales reps

• Reporting on ROI from our Sales Tools

• Reporting on content usage/engagement with sales tools

• Training the field on our sales tools

• Creating landing pages, e-mail templates, and pitch styles in Highspot

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, and create sequence events in Outreach

• Create intent data in ZoomInfo to target client engagement

• Understand the sales journey / lifecycle

• Work collaboratively on documents with the ability to communicate and execute in a timely manner

• Research different verticals/industries to position messaging and increase client engagement

• Act as a liaison between sales and marketing functions

• Provide ongoing training and guidance on our sales tools

• Drive adoption of sales tools

Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Sales tool functions, processes, and systems. Strong understanding of/experience with integrated business systems

• Excellent planning and organization skills

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience with sales tools & technology

• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and fluent manner both verbally and in writing to gain agreement or acceptance.

• Ability to establish rapport and trust with integrity and honesty. Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.

• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work independently with a team environment across all levels of employees

• Ability to adapt to conflicting deadlines/priorities

• Ability to identify problems, escalate issues and implement or recommend resolutions

• Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations and operational goals

• Demonstrated ability to effectively service internal and external customers.

• Work independently, have high energy and personal ownership, manage time effectively, be organized, creative, and work in cooperation with others to achieve objectives

• MS Dynamics experience

• Experience working with sales teams

• Sales / target marketing knowledge
