While no two days are quite the same, the typical days in this exciting role may include a combination of the following:
Collaborating with US leadership on the design and implementation of knowledge sharing sites in SharePoint
Owning the expansion of the Canada SharePoint site with the integration of the Process Management Office (PMO) site, which may include data inventory, migration, taxonomy, metadata construction etc, while working alongside the PMO team;
Drafting of publications and internal surveys, then handling all moving parts to meet deadlines, while acting as the liaison with involved business divisions & third parties
Developing survey questions and content, then programming surveys in Select Survey and analyzing results
Writing and editing all content pieces, including internal/external emails, reports, decks, and at times, articles for leading industry journals

As the Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing detailed, poignant information and data analysis to our Legal, Actuarial, Investment, Business Development and Thought Leadership teams.
In this role, you will work with colleagues from across Canada and beyond our borders. You will represent the Canadian Wealth Practice as part of Aon's global and regional survey teams. You will contribute to the success of our client teams’ knowledge by providing in-depth research and plotting retirement industry trends and developments.
