Senior Manager - Test Engineering
Job Description
As a Senior Manager of Test Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers in developing ATE test solutions for new power and analog products. This leadership role will interface with other functional leaders and report to leadership on strategy/status/results. This growing business is looking to expand and is looking for a leader who has a strong technical background in semiconductor test development (Power experience is preferred). Key activities will be to work to develop development strategy, schedules, resourcing. Work to identify technical hurdles and work to solve them in advance of the need. Work with design and test architects to develop optimized test strategy, DFT, and lowest cost of test. A good understanding of good board design concepts, coding methodologies, and ATE vendors such as (Teradyne, Advantest, SPEA, COHU, Accotest).
