JOB DESCRIPTION – Social Media and Content Specialist

Location: Prague

Line Manager: Mina Zybartas

Contract Terms: Full-time


Social Media and Content Specialist is a role within the CZ Marketing Team. You will mostly work with the CZ Team

and the Central European Marketing Team (based in Berlin), occasionally also with the International

Marketing Team (based in London).


Social Media and Content Specialist will plan and execute social and digital efforts to build Ticketmaster CZ platforms with the long-term goal of gaining brand awareness. This role will also be responsible for producing written content for social media, blog, and newsletter.

● Manage multiple social media accounts, including sourcing content, writing copy and providing community management

● Produce and distribute different forms of written content (social media, blog, newsletter)

● Develop and implement effective SEO content strategies to drive, engage, and convert traffic to the Ticketmaster CZ website

● Help create and schedule weekly newsletters for upcoming events, whilst meeting database performance KPIs, such as reducing the opt out percentage


● Experience with online marketing, copywriting, communications or similar

● Knowledge of social media platforms (esp. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and tools (Sprout Social, Facebook Creator Studio etc.)

● Knowledge of SEO tools

● Knowledge of website management tools (esp. Wordpress)

● Excellent writing skills (in Czech)

● Fluent Czech and English (C1/C2)

● Knowledge of the Adobe Suite Programmes is an advantage but not a must


● Detail-oriented organization and ability to track priorities and deadlines

● Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment

● Demonstrated creativity and documented success in execution of social media campaigns and copywriting

● Ability to communicate results to management and work in a fast paced environment
