Technical Business Analyst (gn) Data & Analytics
team: internal IT team of SoftwareOne | pensum: full time
location: Poland (preferred); other European countries (optional) / working model: hybrid
The role
Requirements Capturing: Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from collaborators.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PO, end-users, project managers, and technical teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
Documentation: Create comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Requirement Traceability: Maintain traceability between requirements, design documents, test cases, and other project artifacts.
Solution Design Support: Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications and participate in design discussions.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure test cases cover all requirements and the solution meets business outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies in business analysis.

What we need to see from you
To excel in this role, you should have:
2+ years as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in Agile teams
Experience with Azure DevOps
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Understanding of Business Intelligence & Data concepts
Proficient in requirement-gathering and documentation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a good attention to detail.
Capability to collaborate and communicate optimally within a team-oriented and global environment.
