Provide process, design and analysis support for developing solutions for interfacing business applications. Manage or participate in requirements elicitation process for small and medium work efforts. Provide project management for smaller projects and business enhancements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Participate with peer groups in Tech and other lines of businesses (LOBs) to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions.2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies. Ensure all stakeholders are involved in requirements gathering activities.3. Establish project and work requests requirements using document, business process and workflow analysis.4. Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and/or technical requirements.5. Participate in or facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs.6. Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions.7. Prepare user interface diagrams, business process and workflow diagrams in support of small work requests (enhancements) or large scale project implementations.8. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing of a solution that meets the business requirements.9. Attend project status meetings and provide regular updates to the project teams through regular presentations, status reports and meeting minutes.10. Develop understanding of core systems, applications and technical platforms.11. Observe strict adherence to all Technology and Truist Insurance Holdings policies and standards (e.g. Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Change Management, etc).QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Associate’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training2. Two years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development3. Two years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Business Process Management Relationship Management, Business Operations, or Quality Management4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team5. Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies work requests/project requirements6. Strong presentation, verbal and written skills7. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints8. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels9. Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment10. Strong ability to resolve conflicts, excellent facilitation and organizational skills11. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products13. Knowledgeable of core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.Preferred Qualifications::

Strong preference for someone with experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry

Project Management skills are a plus, minimally experience tracking and keeping projects moving

Experience with API integration

Experience working on multiple projects at the same time

An understanding of current trends in technology

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Visio
