YOUR TASKS:
• Handle all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries from customers and ensure that individual retail outlet is operating smoothly according to company
policy and regulations all the time
• Ensure deliver professional service to all walk-in and account customer at all times
• Proactive selling DHL services, such as TDD, SII and PDN to ensure to tap on every business opportunities and acquire optimize revenue
• Provide after-sales service to customers by register special pre-alert and follow up special request from the customer
• Ensure the updated customer information is shared with respective sales and responsible for all service related information is file and update
• Answer both walk-in and telephone inquiries
• Provide support in processing the redemption service for marketing campaigns
• Maintain retail outlet clean and tidy
YOUR PROFILE:
2 years of working experience in service and sales industry
Fluent English (Writing and Speaking)
