Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU MPM Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

The annual salary for this position is between $120000- $160,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect (Sr. Manager - Projects) with 14-17 years of experience, specializing in ISU-Intercompany Data Exchange, SAP ISU MPM ISU-Master Data Templates, and ISU-Process Execution. This role is pivotal in transforming our Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services sectors through innovative architectural solutions.

Qualifications

* Must have a deep understanding of ISU-Intercompany Data Exchange, ISU-Master Data Templates, and ISU-Process Execution.

* Proven experience in the Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains is essential.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary.

Role Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and implementation of ISU-Intercompany Data Exchange solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

* Develop and maintain ISU-Master Data Templates to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.

* Oversee the execution of ISU-Process Execution strategies, optimizing business processes and service delivery.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements and improvements.

* Conduct thorough analysis to integrate new technologies that align with company goals in the Utilities and Retail sectors.

* Provide expert guidance on the customization and configuration of ISU components to meet business needs.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs.

* Facilitate training sessions for team members on ISU functionalities and updates.

* Monitor project progress, addressing potential risks and ensuring timely completion.

* Drive innovation in customer service strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technological advancements in the Utilities and Retail industries.
