This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Team, including specific marketing programs and campaigns from concept to planning, deployment, and tracking. Provides strong organizational skills to maintain programs, personnel, and timelines accordingly. An ability to jump into Trinitys marketing automation process and support email and nurture campaigns. This role is best suited for an individual that can adapt to a fluid and dynamic marketing department, exhibits a proactive mindset, and is interested in advancing within the growing Marketing Department. Roles & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team and individual campaigns Set up and maintain marketing projects within departments planning software Supports and coordinates individual marketing campaigns as required Knowledge and application of various digital marketing and media within marketing campaigns Manage the procurement and disbursement of the companys branded collateral Manage internal and external requests and correspondence from the Marketing Team Ability to support and maintain, and learn best practices, of marketing automation software Gain understanding and processes to coordinate specific email nurture and drip campaigns Learn, coordinate, and support various digital, media, print Ads, promotion, and event tactics Maintain up-to-date Marketing budget and accounting (invoice submission and tracking) Ability to learn a variety of data tools and dashboards to gain and present insights and performance for marketing campaigns and projects. Appreciates the important link of marketing to sales, customer experience, and communications Qualifications & Experience Quick learner, motivated, collaborative, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset Minimum of 3-years experience within a Marketing Department and/or relevant responsibilities Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field Marketing and communication administration experience, from planning to execution and tracking both department-wide and project-based Attention to detail, extremely organized, and ability to keep projects and personnel on-track Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly building project-scope decks and presentations, as well as planning and tracking outlines Competency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner and Outlook Experience with marketing automation / demand generation SaaS is beneficial (ex. Marketo) Ability to work effectively within a team and work autonomously when situations arise Digital marketing experience, spanning social to paid media, and integration techniques a plus What We Offer Not just a career... but a career path to success!
