Trace minerals are important for reproduction, immunity, and immune
response to vaccines. MULTIMIN USA is an innovator in sure trace mineral
supply by timed injection and offers the proprietary injectable trace
mineral solution MULTIMIN 90, an injectable, aqueous supplemental source
of zinc, copper, selenium, and manganese.
Rumen health and development are critical for growth and performance. MS
Biotec is a pioneer in anaerobic fermentation and rumen health. Our
signature line of Lactipro brand products deliver a patented strain of
Megasphaera elsdenii, a potent lactic acid utilizer.
We seek a skilled and certified HVAC Technician with 2-4 years of
experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in maintaining industrial refrigerant systems,
freeze dryers, welding, pipe fitting, and general mechanical
maintenance. This role involves assisting the Facilities Manager and
ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and effectively to meet
production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the facilities manager in maintaining accurate maintenance
records.
- Document all breakdowns, issues, and repairs for existing machinery.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to schedule repairs,
estimate costs, and log times for maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance information is properly logged and organized.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on semi-annual production line
breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Sterilize necessary equipment and maintain the sanitary conditions
of the production facility.
- Assist in programming, validating, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Develop and update comprehensive maintenance manuals and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support in writing and implementing SOPs to ensure consistent and
effective maintenance practices.
Physical Demands
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop,
kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move
up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Logistics and Demographics
Our production facility is in Wamego, Kansas, near Manhattan, Kansas,
home to Kansas State University. We now have over one hundred employees
and have expansion plans for continued profitable double-digit growth
year over year.
