Responsibility for Commercial & Sales Finance activities in Poland, partnering all cross-functions, highlighting Marketing, CSP and CD functions. This role requires business-oriented mindset, challenging attitude and excellent communication skills and style. The role sits at the heart of the commercial decision-making process to develop plans and actions together with the business to realize the strategy and in-year plans. Within the role you will play critical role in driving Customer Collaboration (incl. Negotiation) and proper Customer IBP.
Supporting commercial decision making for CD teams, Marketing and CSP.
Financial support in negotiation by delivering tools, scenarios, critical thinking.
TMI budget control, Both TTS and CPP accordingly to limits.
Marketing budget control and help in budget related questions.
Supporting the value creation agenda, with focus on return on our investments.
Bringing curiosity to drive progress and financial improvements in several areas (e.g. process simplification).
Performance analysis and advising interventions for delivery of in-year financial targets.
Working closely with audit team regarding TMI controls.
Helping in ensuring the control framework is in place and working.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Professional finance qualification.
4+ years of experience in financial, operational and/ or business partnering roles.
Biased towards actions that have the most impact to the business.
Has a good understanding of FMCG P&L & experience with month-end/ FC processes.
Being able to work under time pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to see the big picture, whilst interested to dive into details.
Proactive, hands-on mentality to ensure things get done and holding self & others accountable.
Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must (both written and oral).
Has critical thinking to challenge the status-quo.
Experience in being accountable for Target delivery and taking responsibility.

Strong Microsoft Office skills including working with large amounts of data in Excel.
