WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
Handling general ledger activities such as posting journals, accruals, provisions, revaluations , account reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset accounting,
overseeing AP and AR functions from a statutory compliance perspective,
performing month-end closing activities according to US GAAP,
BS reconciliation and analysis
VAT compliance, checking invoices in cooperation with SSC, supporting the preparation of VAT returns, intrastat reporting,
preparing statistical, national bank and statutory reporting,
supporting internal and external statutory audit,
participating in the automation and standardization of financial processes.
YOU HAVE:
Language skills: Polish, English (intermediate or above)
3 years of experience in similar position, experience with manufacturing accounting would be an asset
Practical knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulation
Academic background in Finance, Accounting or related fields
Knowledge of MS Office, M3 - would be an asset
