A Day in the Life
• Ensure payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Closely collaborate with outside service providers to administer company benefits and payroll systems.
• Closely collaborate with various HR functions and finance, to ensure a smooth payroll processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to and resolve client inquires via the case management system (Service Now).
• Be responsible for updating payroll information for employees on our HR Portal.
• Research and interpret regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
• Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
Must Haves
• Fluent (verbal and written) in English
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel user
• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and methodical approach required
• Confidentiality and data protection mindset
Nice to Haves
• Experience in multinational company
• Interested to further develop within an international company
