Nestle CEE Marketing Manager Nutrition in Warszawa, Poland

Located in Warsaw

Main purpose of the job:

  • Develop the overall CEE marketing strategy and plans , to deliver topline (RIG, OG, NNS/kg) and bottom-line targets (MCS) and win in the 7 geographies of CEE market (market shares).

  • Build Brands equity with purpose, embedding Sustainability at core. Orchestrate the activation of marketing strategy and planning, I&R, sustainability, content and communication, Consumer Experience (Brand Performance, Brand Health tracking, Market share, Sustainability roadmap).

  • Build and lead a high-performing, multi-geography CEE marketing team , ensuring inspiration, engagement and people development.

  • Actively contribute to shape Nutrition Z-EUR strategy - as part of the Nutrition Z-EUR Marketing Leadership Team - creating an exciting lifelong nutrition Consumer journey and designing a big and bold Innovation pipeline

  • Actively contribute to shape overall Nutrition CEE strategy and execute it, as part of the Nutrition CEE Leadership Team

On this position, you will:

• Leverage target consumers segmentation and consumer insights at scale, increasing further our consumer-centricity

• Ensure that the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.

• Provide product experiences that meet or exceed nutritional and sensorial expectations of consumers.

• Ensure the brand positively impacts individuals & families, communities and the planet, ensuring the on-track delivery of NESTLE sustainability commitments.

• Develop and successfully executes Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation and renovation, while ensuring an efficient & effective End-to-End Idea-to-Launch (I2L) Project Management is in place.

• Make portfolio choices towards accelerated profitable growth

• Prioritize resource allocation according to Business Priorities and be accountable for PFME evaluation (efficacy and efficiency)

• Develop and ensure implementation of digital strategy for the brands, in alignment with key local, zone and global stakeholders. Drives execution of key digital enablers throughout the Consumer Experience Framework.

• Lead the partnership with communication agencies

• Collaborate closely with HCP engagement team to ensure the consistency and relevance of our direct and indirect communication towards parents.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Development Team to ensure shopper activations are fully embedded in the Consumer Experience roadmap.

• Lead the CEE marketing team, ensuring Feedback and Coaching, Performance Review, Talent Management, Career Development, strong succession Planning, Hiring /selection and compensation according to HR guidelines.

• Passion for outstanding consumer satisfaction & strong belief in the power of nutrition, from pre-conception to healthy aging !

• Minimum 8-year experience in marketing

• Solid experience in Innovation. Experience in working and engaging with cross functional and/or international teams.

• Proven track record in delivering strategic digital marketing projects (Digital media, websites, Strategic search, Marketing Analytics, CRM)

• Solid understanding of P&L drivers

• Strong communication skills and desire to win as One team (Generating demand, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, HR, at zone and market level)

• Daring mindset, ready to challenge status quo

• Team worker and team builder, engaging towards ambitious goals with purpose

• Fluent Polish and English
