Currently we are looking for Nespresso e-Commerce e-Retailer Specialist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage, analyze and optimize Nespresso visibility in partner e-shops and marketplaces
Responsibility for Nespresso.com website B2B daily operations and development
Timely execution of digital content in cooperation with internal and external partners
Ensure adherence to globally defined guidelines
Contribute to yearly commercial plan for eCommerce & Acquisition
Cooperate with marketing team to improve online shopper purchase path together with efficient activation plan
Monitor KPIs and customer feedback from partner e-shops, B2B website and activation
Share best practice, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of ecommerce roadmap
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:
At least 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce
Strong organizational and project management skills
Accuracy and attention to details
Results-driven, high-energy, innovation mindset
Good understanding of Online Marketing (User Experience, SEO, customer journey design in particular)
Practical knowledge about Google Analytics 4, A/B testing
Very good command of Polish and English (spoken and written)
HTML, JS, CSS knowledge will be a plus
