Surface Preparation: The Foreman supervises the preparation of surfaces for painting. This involves ensuring that surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for paint application1.
Task Assignment: They assign specific painting tasks to team members, clearly detailing the scope of work and expected outcomes and timeline for each project1.
Quality Control: The Foreman monitors the quality of painting work performed by the team. If necessary, they provide immediate feedback and corrective guidance to maintain high standards.
Equipment Maintenance: They oversee the maintenance of painting equipment on job sites.
Client Interaction: The Foreman discusses project requirements with clients and ensures that work aligns with their expectations.

• Ensures job site is completely clean after each job is completed.
