ADM is seeking a Communications Analyst to support our government client located in Washington, DC.The Communications Analyst will provide day-to-day communications support including writing emails, newsletters, developing web and MS Teams channel development, developing standards and guides and managing SharePoint resources, content publishing, and web content in support of HR IT initiatives.To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!
Responsibilities
Responsible for drafting and publishing content for the resource’s SharePoint site, ensuring the appropriate levels of review and approval
Monitors web pages to develop and recommend and/or content as needed to support HR IT applications and adherence to all standards (i.e., office color and font standards, 508 compliance)
Responsible for managing the internal document repository for the team, ensuring that all finalized documents are stored on the internal SharePoint page
Attends meetings as instructed and draft meeting notes to track communication needs
Performs requirements gathering to understand communication needs to keep end user’s informed of HR IT enhancements and system rollouts
Develops methods for measuring success of OTS communications activities; evaluate collateral and delivery methods
May be assigned a portfolio of applications and responsible for conducting need analysis for those application, including functions, audience, roles and skills, required training and timing
Qualifications
Must have an active a security clearance (Secret)
Must possess strong work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
Must possess excellent organizational skills, analytical skills and the ability to provide insight into project progress
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment independently while meeting external and internal timelines
Must be able to take direction and correction in a mature, professional manner
Must have a background that facilitates understanding of human resources information systems
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
Experience understanding end-user needs and communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders
Position requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with internal teams
Requires a 3 or more years of communications, SharePoint, MS Teams and/or web content experience
Position requires solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Posted Salary Range
138,000 - 143,143.14
