HEP Construction seeks an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee projects from a bidding perspective. The role focuses exclusively on interior renovations for commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million in value. The scope includes schools, parks, DGS, restaurants, retail, airports, and GSA projects. Basebuild experience is not relevant.
