Expected salary range of $93,600 to $104,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Analyst, Event Strategy and Sponsorship Asset Coordination role is responsible for full end-to-end event conceptualization, planning, and execution for Constellation's internal events portfolio, as well as managing the allocation and distribution of sponsorship hospitality assets. This role will establish and nurture relationships with key partners across internal and external stakeholders and periodically support customer-facing events driving brand expression and reinforcing industry leadership. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Sponsorships.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage Constellation's event strategy for internal executive and Commercial events. Showcase the Constellation brand in unique and memorable ways. Create frameworks for successful event execution year-over-year. Support customer-hosting opportunities through sponsorship hospitality engagement.
Contribute to collaborative and innovative team culture. Work closely across stakeholder groups to understand vision and offer guidance for maximizing event impacts. Keep abreast of sector trends and integrate fresh, inventive approaches to Constellation's event strategies. Maintain compliance with brand standards. Build relationships and exert influence over crucial partners. Collaborate on sponsorship activations and asset allocation across the portfolio.
Serve as primary point-of-contact for Constellation's event partners and own event design, planning, and execution. Key internal events include: Sales Conference, Constellation Leadership meeting, President's Club, Leadership Now, and Banker's Day (every other year). Primary responsibilities are creative design elements, venue sourcing/housing management, attendee logistics, AV and production, budget management, f&b management, function space utilization, registration, merchandise selection, event communications, speaker preparation, content oversight, and on-site direction.
Cover for colleagues on leave of absence, aiding with business continuity during staffing changes until new hires are recruited, helping to onboard newcomers and managers. Engage in local travel as needed and occasional national travel for specific projects - up to 35%.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years in marketing, specifically in event or project management
Proven leadership, credibility, interpersonal and team skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal ability; tact and diplomacy
Proven track record of vision, creative thinking, and coordination of complex programs, including large-scale marketing program negotiation, planning, and measurement
Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels
Executive presence and broad experience interacting with senior executives
Ability to develop and implement short-and-long-term goals
Ability to work independently and lead decision making for strategic planning accountability
Expert level attention to detail
