Seller Fulfillment Services helps third party Sellers fulfill their orders on Amazon. This role leads a team that helps Sellers improve the speed and accuracy of their shipments.

If yes, then this is the role for you. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead a global team focused on how we determine the delivery date for a diverse and distributed set of third party sellers shipping packages to customers world wide.

You'll have the latest AI/ML models, tools, solutions, and your disposal to invent new solutions for our customers. This role will involve managing a team of seasoned Product Managers, managing global stakeholders across Amazon Marketplaces, working closely with the Data Science & Marketing teams, and senior leaders across the company. You will own the vision & execution for the Promise Compute and Modeling space and partner closely with the rest of the Promise org to define the overall vision for Promise.

The role has a global scope ranging from established countries to emerging marketplaces; all of which are dependent on technology you'll build allowing us to operate at scale. As part of the leadership team, you will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business teams to develop and roll out new products and programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 5+ years of team management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Managing global stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
