Description
Sitting at desk with two monitors on production floor
Review notes from inspector and release team on customer fabric rolls in system and on material
Physically move rolls of fabric from one section to another after reviewing notes
Reach out to dealers by email regarding notes on rejected/damaged rolls of fabric
Copy and paste notes from inspector to send in an email using Microsoft Word
Respond back to emails regarding questions, comments or concerns
Collaborate with release team on rolls and email questions
Search for missing orders in system to match with fabric rolls in inventory
Cross train in all 4 rolls as backup (inspector, release team and intake team)
Move 20lbs - 100lbs rolls 10-15 feet to review notes or move to qualified production status
Process requests for repairs, quality inspections, returns, credits, out of specs, etc.
Maintain and provide information for various statistical logs, reports, etc.
Maintain current product, policy, and procedure information through additional cross-training, phone mail, and e-mail updates
Perform specific duties and participate in teams as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
1 year of experience working in a production or inventory role
Strong computer skills, typing, Microsoft Word, Computer Navigation
Lift up to 100lbs rolls

Hours
Monday – Friday between 6am-2:30 but will require additional OT.
Working at a desk on the production floor. Very clean production floor but it can get cold in the winter or warm in the summer.
- Walking department to department is a big part of this job. Will work with customer service team and Production team in the office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
