Job Summary: The Director, Product Management, SaaS Digital Transformation will be responsible for leading the strategic roadmap and vision for SaaS digital transformation across current and future digital products. This role involves collaborating with customers, stakeholders across imaging modalities, cross-functional product development teams, commercial teams, and service and support teams to drive the successful implementation of the SaaS digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the SaaS digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, translating them into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product development, commercial, service, and support, to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and solutions.

  • Utilize specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups to influence the development of strategy and control resources.

  • Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to inform product development and strategic decisions.

  • Use high levels of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.

  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

  • Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' opinions on particular topics, guiding others to consider different points of view.

Required Qualifications:

  • This role requires significant experience in the Product Management & Functional Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Bachelors Degree coupled with at least 10 years experience total with a minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS models and Digital transformation.

  • SaaS, Cloud computing knowledge/experience.

  • Strong experience in both product and project management experience.

  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and concepts.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence the development of strategy for broad sales territories.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to assess the quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.

  • Med Tech experience is desirable.

  • Capability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.

  • Established project management skills and the ability to lead functional teams or projects.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
