The Results Delivery Office Program Manager plays a pivotal role in our IT Operating Model transformation. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will coach teams, oversee and run PI Planning events, and ensure teams are adopting a business value delivery mindset. Additionally, this role involves facilitating and supporting communities of practice for Scrum Masters, Capability Managers, Technical Leaders, and Agile/Lean practitioners.
*This is not a remote role, the ideal candidate will need to be located in Wisconsin, due to this position being on-site and reporting into our Waukesha Headquarters*
Major Responsibilities
Collaboration with Technology and Business Capability Teams:
Partner with various Technology and Business Capability teams to deliver solutions across the organization for internal customers
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and effective communication between teams
Planning and Execution:
Drive the planning and execution of activities that support the IT operating model, including PI Planning and COE sessions
Ensure that all planning activities are well-coordinated and align with the organization's strategic goals
Performance Measurement:
Measure project and capability team performance using a common platform to inspect project health, scope, and financials
Track key performance indicators such as say-do ratio, story consumption/burndown, value delivery, and quality for capability teams
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Management of IT Business Metrics:
Ensure appropriate metrics, strategic planning, and process management methodologies are applied to drive success
Continuously monitor and analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives

Create, manage, and communicate plans focused on the continued evolution of our IT operating model
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
- Experience with agile development methodology as Product Owner, Agile Coach, Leader of Agile delivery teams, or Program/Portfolio Manager
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks
Proven track record as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
Proven track record of working with a large organization across multiple project and delivery capability teams
Working knowledge of various project and IT organizational delivery methodologies
Demonstrated ability to deliver results working and coaching various teams
Demonstrated success in influencing people and teams who are not direct reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident and self-motivated individual with a dedicated approach
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment
Ability to learn new technology applications and process techniques quickly
Excellent facilitation skills, particularly in PI Planning and COE sessions
Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile/Lean practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
