JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop industry leading multi-modality Radiation
Therapy (RT) Image Workflow Automation solutions suite for
interoperability. Lead the technical execution and delivery of the
program by providing leadership on systems design for Imaging digital
ecosystem, lead small to mid-sized development team to deliver the
technical content, system performance, intellectual property, and
quality deliverables. Lead delivery of technical content and quality
management deliverables of RT Imaging workflow automation roadmap with a
phased MVP and scale up approach. Work closely with the Program Manager,
Global Oncology, business segments (MR, CT and MI), digital ecosystem
and third party partner teams with the development of requirements. Lead
design team and design control process with development of requirements
flow down, system design, design analysis, risk analysis, integration
and testing. Ensure that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, fault
tolerant, and within operational cost budgets. Work closely with segment
and digital technical teams to manage technical program risks, design
tradeoffs. Track technical program outcomes through established metrics.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or
related. Three (3) years of experience in medical software applications
development, sub systems and integrated systems development, or a
combination thereof. Work experience to include: Medical Device Software
Development Process including Stage gate Process and Agile
Methodologies; Technical experience in imaging workflow modalities (such
as MR, CT, MI, or X-Ray); Software Deployment strategies (such as Edge
Computing, Data Center, or Cloud); Interconnectivity technologies
including application layer protocols (such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO,
HL7, or InterSystems); Medical Device and Non-Medical Device
classification and risk analysis process; and Experience in at least two
of the following software design languages: Java, Angular, JavaScript,
or Python. Approximately 15% domestic and international travel required
to support customer installation activities, attend trade shows to
provide technical support and meet contract vendors for design
development activities. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. GE
