JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect
with 12 to 15 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega
Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience
Pega Case Management Pega Marketing and PEGA Decision Hub. The role is
hybrid with a day shift and no travel required. Responsibilities Lead
the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business
requirements. Oversee the development and deployment of Pega
applications ensuring high performance and scalability. Provide
technical guidance and mentorship to the development team on Pega best
practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze
requirements for Pega applications. Develop and maintain Pega workflows
case management and decisioning rules. Ensure seamless integration of
Pega applications with other enterprise systems. Conduct code reviews
and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
Optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability. Create and
maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions. Stay updated with
the latest Pega technologies and industry trends. Work closely with the
user experience team to ensure intuitive and user-friendly Pega
interfaces. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pega development
processes. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in Pega
Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. Must have
strong expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and
Pega Case Management. Must have experience with Pega Marketing and PEGA
Decision Hub. Nice to have domain experience in Consumer Lending and
Cards & Payments. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical
skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications Required PEGA Lead System Architect certification is
mandatory. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted
until March 19, 2025 The annual salary for this position is between
\$150,000 - \$185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications
of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for
Cognizant\'s discretionary annual incentive program, based on
performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant\'s applicable plans.
