How you will make an impact
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage incoming telephone calls
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
Field and send out send written business correspondence
Requirements
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Excellent computer skills
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Skills in teamwork
Experience with Customer Account
Hands-on experience with Financial Services
Proficiency in Written Communication
Experience with Payment Processing
Wide ranging experience with credit
Good understanding of Attendance
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Earlier work involving Purchase Orders
Previous experience working with taxes
Solid understanding of Debit Credit
Foundational knowledge in Maintain Relationships
Quality experience with Vendors
Invoice experience preferred
Communication experience required
Comprehension of Microsoft Office Suites
Solid understanding of Onsite
Practical knowledge of reconciliations
Well-founded grasp of auditing
Experience with Relationship Building
Prior experience with call centers
Proven knowledge of insurance
Strong familiarity with documentation
General familiarity with Phone Presence
Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH)
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
