JOB REQUIREMENTS: Love Outdoors? This position is for you. Care for our lawns, shrubs, bushes. Other duties as assigned. This is a permanent position in West Bend, WI Typically no weekends. 4 to 8 Hours/Day. Up to 28 hours per week. Days per week can vary, be flexible. Friendly environment. Use newer, well-maintained equipment. You will be working up to 8 hour days on the grounds of our Condominium Association. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, saws. Use edgers, chainsaws, trimmers and clippers. Operate zero-turn lawn vehicles, other power equipment. Maintain Pool, Chemicals, Pumps and Motors. Water lawns, trees, or plants. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges with loppers. Care for established lawns with regular mowing, trimming. Perform mulching, weeding, de-thatching, aerating. Plant grass, shrubs and trees and similar. Trim bushes, plantings clean planings as needed.in season. Perform upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots. Maintain or repair tools, equipment, sharpen as needed. Haul or spread topsoil, mulch using landscape rake. Spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place. Operate Snow removal equipment as needed seasonally. Shovel, salt, sand or brine areas as weather dictates. Other duties as assigned or necessitated. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Wisconsin Driver\'s License Reliable Transportation to/from Work Ability to Bend, Twist, Turn, Lift, Carry, Move Actively. Ability to lift and carry up to 50# from time to time.
