GE Vernova Asset Management Lease Product Manager in West Chester, Ohio

Job Description Summary

The Asset Management Lease Product Manager provides functional product leadership for the Lease business including, product strategy, forecasting, configuration and repair management, cost productivity, asset utilization, and timely delivery of assets. This will include participating in developing the future vision & strategy for the lease business and driving priorities for the Aero Alliance and our channel partners.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As the Asset Management Lease Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop and lead key Strategies for the lease fleet that align with AAJV and Channel Priorities

  • Manage the demand flowing through the Aeroportal for lease contract, availability inquiries and contract request.

  • Manage the process of lease contract creation and membership management.

  • Collaborate with the channel partners to manage the membership and Usage billing

  • Develop and implement strategy to right size the lease pool to meet the channel medium and long term demands through the MGPP process.

  • Work closely with Channel commercial team to identify and execute sales opportunities to grow the lease engine business

  • Develop and Deliver training to channel partners on lease processes and Aeroportal workflows

  • Execute strategies to deliver on OTD & Utilization KPI’s

  • Maintain data for OTD, Utilization, lease engine to member ratios

  • Collaborate with Finance team and other functions to drive cost productivity – own and report lease cost productivity

  • Create and present business cases and situational overviews to AAJV and channel leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline, or High school/GED and Significant years of experience in Aero derivative services, or related Field.

  • Significant years experience in Aero derivative services, or Commercial function

  • Experience with gas turbines engines and processes

  • Demonstrated Business Acumen and Presentation skills.

  • Experience with engine overhaul and repair processes

  • Working knowledge of the engineering BOM structure for gas turbine engines

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative manner

  • Contract management

  • Knowledge of the logistics process and documents required to move cargo and clear customs

  • Working knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, cost management, and configuration management

  • Experience in Aviation Engine Supply Chain.
