Job Responsibilities: * Actively engage in site safety culture. * Read, understand, and comply with cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs, etc. * Wear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities. * Train/guide others on systems, software, equipment, procedures, and/or processes. * Collect, record, and report metrics. * Monitor key performance indicators to meet strategic goals. * Analyze trends in data in order to identify root causes and/or solutions for improvement. * Establish visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis. * Maintain archived records and documentation. * Attend/Facilitate team meetings to discuss coordination of activities, progress, initiatives, and/or other matters. * Interact inter-departmentally and cross-functionally to lead/coordinate/implement/participate in investigations, engineering studies, root cause analyses, corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities. * Manage and implement a robust asset lifecycle management program for site assets. * Provide guidance on maintenance reliability and planning/scheduling best practices. * Recommend and initiate activities to ensure areas and equipment are maintained in a state of compliance. * Assess and implement improvements in productivity, waste generation, quality and cost. * Answer/direct inquiries regarding parts, engineering, maintenance and/or reliability. * Participate in new equipment design specification. * Read, Author, Revise, Review and/or Approve WIs (Work Instructions), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), change controls and other documents. * Support Deviations, CAPAs, and/or AFCAs. * Manage small- and mid-scale capital projects to ensure on-time and in-budget completion. * Perform gap analyses and assessments for integration. * Serve as SME (subject matter expert) for EAM/CMMS. * Provide input on the engineering of replacement parts. * Evaluate new software and/or tools. * Facilitate method and technology transfers. Minimum Qualifications: * Significant experience supporting Maintenance and/or Reliability Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Experience supporting cGMP * Experience supporting TPM * In-depth knowledge of EAM/CMMS software Resilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
