Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

3+ years of experience in the construction industry
Previous experience in multifamily project preferred
Willingness to learn and take on larger responsibilities
Wood-frame experience is a huge plus
