The ideal candidate will have 2+ years\' experience in direct marketing or digital marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of communicating with project managers, sales teams and peers. \"This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent . This role is an onsite role with the hours of 8-5pm.
Responsibilities \"
Assists with administrative duties and works in various work flow management software solutions which provide information to production floor
Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner \"\"
Maintains high quality control procedures and make recommendations as necessary for improvements \"
Manages internal approvals \"
Works with Account Supervisor/Account Director to ensure processes are documented to help \" increase efficiency and profitability of the program s
