Job Title: Administrative & Data Entry Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Administrative & Data Entry Assistants. This role involves supporting daily office operations through accurate data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases and systems
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing documents
Assist with preparing reports and correspondence
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Prior administrative or data entry experience a plus, but not required
Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
