Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in West Deptford, New Jersey. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, which includes processing invoices, fulfilling orders, and maintaining precise data records.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Handle the fulfillment of sales orders diligently
• Perform data entry tasks with high precision
• Monitor and maintain customer account information
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
• Take necessary actions based on the status of customer accounts
• Stay updated with changes in financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Controller for efficient financial operations. Requirements
• Applicant must have proficiency in performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• The candidate should be capable of handling order fulfillment efficiently and effectively.
• An ability to enter invoices with meticulous attention to detail is required.
• The job requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• The candidate should have strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
• The permanent staff member must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferable.
